3. Reservations
Reservations at TAAN may be made through OpenTable, a third-party reservation service.
When you select a reservation link on our Website, you may be directed to OpenTable's website or reservation platform. Reservations made through OpenTable may be subject to OpenTable's own terms, conditions, and policies, as well as any reservation policies established by TAAN.
TAAN is not responsible for the operation, availability, content, or policies of OpenTable.
Any cancellation, no-show, deposit, credit-card hold, seating-time, or other reservation policies applicable to your reservation will be communicated to you at the time of booking or otherwise by TAAN.
4. Gift Cards
TAAN gift cards may be available for purchase through a third-party platform operated by Toast.
Purchases and use of TAAN gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Toast and/or TAAN at the time of purchase.
Gift card availability, denominations, redemption conditions, expiration, refunds, and other applicable terms may be subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
TAAN reserves the right to correct errors in gift card transactions and to refuse or limit transactions where permitted by law.
5. Age Requirements and Alcohol
TAAN is a restaurant and wine bar. Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests who meet all applicable legal age and identification requirements.
Guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
TAAN reserves the right to request valid identification and to refuse the sale or service of alcohol where required or permitted by law.
The Website does not constitute an offer to sell alcohol to anyone who is not legally permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
